Web Application Reportly

Reportly is a cloud-based application designed to facilitate automated logins to insurance agent portals by retrieving One-Time Passwords (OTP).

1.1 Information We Access (Gmail API)

The Reportly application requests limited access to your Google Account specifically for:

Gmail API Access: We request restricted read-only access to your Gmail messages to identify and extract OTP codes sent from authorized insurance companies.
OAuth2 Authentication: To verify your identity and manage secure access.

                Disclosure: Reportly does not read or store your personal emails. Our system automatically filters for messages that strictly contain OTP codes from insurance carriers to streamline your professional workflow.
            

1.2 Data Usage and Limited Use

Reportly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Secure Transit: Extracted OTPs are momentarily sent to our encrypted Firebase database.
Ephemeral Nature: OTP codes are processed in real-time and lose their validity within minutes (typically 4-5 minutes). No email content is ever permanently stored or archived in our systems.

Chrome Extension Agent Password Manager

The **Agent Password Manager** extension assists insurance agents with login automation and session management.

2.1 Information Collected

Google OAuth2: To verify your organizational authorization via your email address.
Cookies and Local Storage: The extension manages cookies for specific portals (e.g., HarB, Polywizz) to facilitate automated login and session restoration.

2.2 Use of Information

Data is used exclusively for authentication, automation of login forms, and handling session conflicts on supported third-party insurance sites.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any personally identifiable information from either service with third parties. Your data is used strictly for internal operations within your organization's scope.
